- I really wonder if Carolina will win another game. Yes, any given Sunday, crazy things can happen. As for D. J. Moore (WR), at least he has virtually no competition for touches on that offense now.
- I wonder if Wan’Dale Robinson (WR) and Tyquan Thornton (WR) are about to be waiver wire targets after Week 7. If you are in a 12 team league or larger, they should already be on a roster. 10 team league owners may want to consider if you have the space.
- I wonder if Pittsburgh will trade Chase Claypool (WR) if they lose to Miami Sunday night? A trade would likely increase the value of all three of the receivers in Pittsburgh (Diontae Johnson, Chase Claypool, and George Pickens). In addition, Pat Freiermuth (TE) would probably also see a rise in value.
- I also wonder if players like David Montgomery (RB), Jerry Jeudy (WR), Melvin Gordon (RB), or Josh Jacobs (RB) may also be on different teams soon if their current teams lose this weekend.
- Taylor Heineke (QB) will be starting for Washington for at least the next game. I wonder if that might actually help Terry McLaurin (WR), Curtis Samuel (WR), and Jahan Dotson (WR)–if he plays.
- Brett Rypien (QB) will be starting for Denver for at least the next game. I actually wonder if there will be any drop off in Denver’s passing game–how crazy would that statement have sounded 2 months ago? Also, it may make Greg Dulcich (TE) even more of an interesting play. As for Jeudy and Courtland Sutton, that is still risky business if you are starting them. Good luck!
- I wonder how good Miami’s offense could be with a healthy Tua Tagovailoa (QB) or if he can stay healthy. With a healthy Tua, Tyreek Hill (WR), Jaylen Waddle (WR), should not be on any benches. It would also be nice if Miami just commits to the passing game and realizes that Mike Gesicki (TE) is a good pass catcher and should be on the field more than he is.
- I wonder how worried Chicago fans are considering their Justin Fields (QB) led offense is going to go up against Bill Belichick’s defense. Simply put, I would not be starting a single offensive player from Chicago this weekend unless I have no other choice.
- I do wonder how much Christian McCaffrey (RB) will play this weekend against Kansas City. If I were a betting man (which I am), I would bet the over if the line was 12 touches.
- And finally, I wonder if Bow-tie pasta always feels over dressed.
