D.J. Chark WR Detroit Lions
6 targets, 5 rec, 98 yards
Chark when healthy has functioned as WR2 for the Lions this year. Again when healthy he has been effective. He looks healthy, at least for this week, and the Lions have a fun fantasy match up against the Vikings. I expect the Lions to fall behind early in this one and for QB Jared Goff to air it out in an attempt to keep pace. I do not like Chark for the rest of the year, partly because he cannot stay healthy, but he should put up close to 100 yards receiving and a TD against the Vikings. Pick him and and plug him in if he is available. Chark is fantasy gold for the week, but fools for the ROS.
Tyler Huntley QB Baltimore Ravens
27/32 187 pass yards, 1 INT, 10 carries, 41 rush yards, 1 TD
Huntley and the Raven eeked out a win against the Broncos last week when QB Lamar Jackson went down to an injury. Looks like Jackson will be out this week and possibly longer. The Ravens have an attractive match up against the Steelers this week and Huntley will be under center. Huntley’s value is in his running ability and the Steelers are fully capable of giving up yards on the ground as long as teams sun away from LB T.J. Watts. He will not pass for 300 yards, but Huntley should be running all game. If your QB is on a bye or hurt, then you could do worse than Huntley as a fill in making him fantasy gold this week.
Greg Dulcich TE Denver Broncos
8 targets, 6 receptions, 85 rec yards
The rookie tight end led the Broncos in receiving last week against the Ravens. QB Russell Wilson’s accuracy has plummeted this season and that should scare us away from any Bronco offensive player, but we can make an exception for the empty void that is TE this year. (Russell Wilson has to be hurt, yeah?) I think Wilson will continue to look Dulcich’s way this week against the Chiefs and hopefully he finds him in the red zone this week. If you are streaming TEs then this is the week to consider Dulcich. I say he is fantasy gold with 75+ and a TD in week 14.
