Reaction to Week 4: Unfortunately, dem boys won. By the way, they are not America’s team. America is not that dumb. This would be an insult to America. So, stop saying it. Let me get into the game and start off where I was extremely wrong. I said to start Singletary. Well, the Dallas D decided to actually show up against the ground game holding him to 24 yards rushing, 14 yards receiving, and nothing else. I then said to also start his counterpart, Dowdle. He ended up with 46 yards rushing, 15 yards receiving, and a score. I told you he would score; I was right to start him. Finally, I was right dat dem boys would steal one on the road, and that their D would be a good play. They won, held the G-men to 15 points, and had a sack and a pick as extras. So, I was right right here too.

Week 5 brings us to Hot-Lanta where the Falcons host the Bucs in what should be another fun division game. But, with both teams coming off big wins, a let down feels possible too. Neither team has shown much consistency on who may or may not come from nowhere to stat it up against the other. So, I am all chalk this week. Mayfield – yes. Cousins – no. Irving and White – no. Robinson – yes. Evans and Godwin – yes. London and Mooney – no. McLaughlin and Koo – both yes. There ya go.

P.S. Welcome to bye week #1.
