Reaction to Week 2: The 2 QBs I told you to sit were Dak and Pickett. Well, Dak had 255 yards with 2 TDs and no turnovers, so i guess i was wrong to sit him. Meanwhile, Pickett had 222 yards passing with a TD and a pick. Not good enough, so i was right to sit him. Regarding backs, I told you to sit both Rams RBs and James Cook. Since Akers did not play, let’s look at Williams and Cook. Williams had 52 yards rushing, 48 yards receiving, and a TD each way making me wrong to sit him. I was also wrong to sit Cook who had 123 yards rushing and 36 yards receiving. Even though no TDs, he had enough yards to make me wrong. Regarding wide outs, I told you to sit Lamb and London, and i was wrong to sit both of them. Lamb had 143 yards receiving and London had 67 yards with a TD. The other wide-outs, the TEs, told to sit were the Bills TEs and Hayden Hurst. Well, of the Bills TEs Kincaid had 43 yards receiving with no TD and Knox had 10 yards but a TD. Split stats like this make me right. You just don’t know which one to start. And against the Saints, Hurst had 20 yards and no TD. They do it again, and I am right again. On the other side of the ball, I told you to sit the Raiders and the Lions. I was right that their opponents were due for some bounce back games. Both lost giving up 38 and 37 points respectively. I was right to sit both of these defenses.

Week 3

QB:

Jordan Love: Yes, he has thrown 3 TDs in each game this year, but he is going up against a Saints D that has only given up one TD so far in 2 games.

Ryan Tannehill: The Browns D is good. I wouldn’t trust him to outplay them.

RB:

Brian Robinson, Jr.: He is hot, but this week he will not. Buffalo is solid and outside of a fluke long run in Week 1, they have held their own against the run.

Rachaad White: The Eagles have been better against the run versus the pass so far. This is Baker’s game – see starter article.

WR:

Tee Higgins: Especially if no Burrow, but maybe even with him. The Rams secondary has held WRs in both games so far. Better hope for a TD. The yardage will not be there.

Jerry Jeudy: He did not do much his first game back from injury. This, plus the fact that Miami has not given up a TD to a wide out so far, spells another poor stat line.

TE:

Luke Musgave: He has the displeasure of being the tight end playing the Saints this week. And have we learned anything so far regarding tight ends against the Saints?

Chigoziem Okonkwo: Speaking of teams good against the TE, he is going up against the #1 team against the position, the Browns. Not worth the risk here.

Defense:

Washington Commanders: They have a solid D, but if you have options, i would not trust them to get enough extras to overcome the loss they will get against the Bills.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: They have given up 17 points each game this year. I do not see them holding the Eagles to that, or less. This could go either way, but I see the Eagles pulling it out, and the Bucs not getting enough extras to overcome the points allowed and the loss.
