Reaction to Week 14: Looks like I am the one that needs to take their crazy pills, well at least after the 1st quarter and a half. The Steelers D was atrocious until they weren’t, and then they played like I thought they would play. They ended up losing, gave up 21 points, along with 2 sacks and a pick. Close – a push here. I then said to start Ezekiel Elliot. He had 68 yards rushing, 72 yards receiving, and a TD. I was right to start him. Finally, I said to start Jaylen Warren. He had 11 yards rushing, 29 yards receiving, and nothing else. I was wrong to start him. Looks like info about him getting more action post-Canada was fake news.

Week 15: This week brings us a Thursday game and 3 Saturday games. Like on Thanksgiving week, for these collection of pre-Sunday games, I will pick a QB, a RB, a WR, a TE, and a team defense to either start or sit. So, let’s get started with the QBs. For this position, I say to roll with the hot hand in Jake Browning. The Vikings D is about average so do it. For the RBs, I say to start Zach Moss. Did you see what old man Elliot did last week to the Steelers. Expect the same, maybe more out of Moss. For the WRs, let’s keep the party going and start Courtland Sutton as he continues his second TD game streak against a vulnerable Lions D that is bottom 3 in TDs allowed to wide outs. For the TEs, we’ve got a sitter. I repeat, we’ve got a sitter. Until Easton Stick shows us something as a better than back-up QB, do not rely on either TE to do much of anything. Also, do not rely on just Everett if Parham is a no go. And finally, I end with the sitting of the Broncos D. This game gives me the feels. It makes me feel like the Lions are going to hammer the Broncos, or, at the least, outslug them in a game that will be under the lights in prime time. Ooh so pretty.
