Reaction to Week 14: This game was a hoot n nanny with the Lions finishing out on top. One thing is for sure, the Lions decided to play opposite ball in this game regarding their defense. Coming into the game, their rush D was top 3, while their pass D was meh. Well, this did not happen, the opposite, as noted, in fact. Jacobs for Green Bay ended up with 86 yards rushing and 3 TDs making me wrong to sit him. I also said to sit Tucker Kraft with Green Bay. Well, he had 41 yards receiving and a TD, so I was wrong to sit him too. Finally, I said to sit Jared Goff as well. He ended up with 283 yards passing, 3 TDs, and one pick. I was wrong to sit him too. Three for three in my imperfections.

Let’s quickly move on from that rubbish and look at week 15, which brings us to San Fran as the 9ers host their division rival the Rams. It is basically a do or die game for both teams, who are each coming off a high scoring win. In this game, I would keep benching Deebo Samuel. He is just not the guy any more. Other than that, the rest is up in the air and in your gut. Both teams are average on D all around. So, I would play my studs and bench my duds. I would not hesitate in playing their kickers, and I would not play either team’s D. Clear as mud?
