Before we get into Week 15’s Starters, let’s see what I got right and what I got wrong with the starters from week 14.

QB: Goff had 330 yards with 3 TDs and no turnovers. Dat dude has been on fire. I was right to start him. I also said to start both Tannehill and Lawrence in their game. Well, Lawrence had 368 yards passing with 3 passing TDs and 1 rushing TD, and Tannehill had 254 yards passing with 2 TDs and 2 turnovers. Lawrence obviously made me right to start him, while Tannehill with his 2 turnovers was just below average making me wrong to start him.

RB: I said to start Elliot and Pollard and both if you have both. Well, Pollard had 2 TDs and Elliot had one too. While Pollard was statistically better, I was right to start both. However, I was not right when I said to start either Foreman or Hubbard. I was right on starting Hubbard but not right on starting Foreman, and I was right to not start both. And then there is Jeff Wilson who got hurt, which means, technically, I was wrong to start him, but that is just unfair.

WR: I said to start both Duvernay and Pickens in their game. Well, Pickens got 78 yards with no TDs and Duvernay had 0 catches. This means I was wrong to start both of them, collectively or individually. And with 73 yards receiving and 3 TDS, I was slightly a lot right when I said to start Jerry Jeudy.

TE: I said to start Higbee, but I was wrong because Baker is a tight end hater. BOOOO. Or something like that. With Williams and Allen back, it looks like Everett took a back seat making me wrong to start him. This might be a trend for him for the rest of the year, if they stay healthy. I was also wrong to put our ole stand by Gesicki on the start side. Not even close, but I blame it on Tua this time. He was terrible.

D: The Raiders held the Rams to 17 points, less than 300 total yards of offense, a fumble recovery, and 4 sacks, but they got the L. Even with that, with the extras, I was right to be confident in starting the Raiders this week. I said to start the Ravens. I was right since they got the W, gave up only 14 points, had 2 sacks and 3 INTs. And the Chiefs, well, they got the W, gave up 28 points, had 3 picks and 2 sacks. A recipe for me being right.

Let us see who is available to possibly put in your starting lineup for this week.

QB:

Mac Jones: The Raiders are at the bottom in passing yards allowed, and they only have 4 picks all year. Mac has the chance for some stats.

Matt Ryan: The Vikings are at the bottom of the league in passing yards allowed. Stats should be available for the taking here too.

Andy Dalton: Pew. Pew. Coming off a bye week. Division Rival. Fighting for getting in the playoffs. He needs to do well. He has to do well.

RB:

Isiah Pacheco: For those not playing him weekly, he has a chance to have his best game of the year. The Texans are at the bottom in rushing yards allowed, and the Chiefs have a good chance of going up big, early.

Cam Akers: The Packers have been known to give up a yard or two. If you are in need, then give him a go.

Brian Robinson: The Giants are at the bottom in yards per carry and total rushing yards allowed. He should solidify himself, if he hasn’t already, with his #1 status after this game.

WR:

Brandon Aiyuk: No Deebo. That means Mr. Irrelevant will be looking for him left and right, and probably the middle too.

Keenan Allen and Mike Williams: The Titans are at the bottom in passing yards and passing TDs allowed. Both could hit over 100 with a TD when all is said and done.

Donovan Peoples-Jones: He has been doing well, and Watson looks his way. The Ravens are vulnerable in the secondary. If Cooper ends up sitting out, this should be a no-brainer. If Cooper plays, he is worth the risk if needed.

TE:

Pat Dulcich: Put him back in your line-up. Arizona is bad against tight ends. He will have some opportunities.

George Kittle: For those of you who platoon him, then he has a plus match-up this week against Seattle, who is the worst in the league against tight ends.

Taysom Hill: The Swiss army knife has not produced much recently. I say he has one of those weird games where he could have a touchdown passing, rushing, and receiving. Okay, maybe not all 3, but 2 of the three. If you are losing your league anyway, why not give him a go?

D:

The Saints D has been solid. They are coming off a bye. Game against hated rivals. Fighting for playoff relevance. Back up QB. Sounds yummy.

Mike Tomlin has a streak of never having a losing season as the Steelers head coach. I say their D steps up and keeps the streak alive, for now.

Another team coming off a bye week that has something to prove is the Packers. They have the Rams who do not illuminate the field. It might be close, but the Pack have the edge.
