Reaction to Week 12 – Thanksgiving Edition: Let’s see if I stuffed or baked my Thanksgiving edition picks. First of all, at QB, I said to sit Jared Goff. He had 332 yards passing, 2 TDs, a 2 point conversion, and 3 fumbles. The 3 turnovers bring him down making his output average – so a push here. At RB, I said to sit Breece Hall. He had 25 yards rushing, 24 yards receiving, and nothing else. I was right to sit him. Meanwhile, at WR, I said to start Brandin Cooks. He had 72 yards receiving and a TD. I was right to start him. At TE, I said to start Logan Thomas. He had only 15 yards receiving and nothing else, so I was wrong to start him. Finally, at defense, I said to sit the Jets D. They lost, gave up 34 points, along with 2 sacks, 2 picks, and a fumble recovery. Not quite enough on the extras so I was right to sit them. Not too bad.

This Thursday brings us back to just one game, the Seahawks going to the Big D, and I do mean Dallas. For this game, all the stats say to start all the Cowboys and bench all the Seahawks. The only statistical advantage for the Seahawks could be at TE, but they are not using Fant as a pass option hardly at all this year. So, who should we start and sit? You should start your big 3 in Dallas. You should bench Geno Smith, and I would sit Jake Ferguson too. The tight end position is one that the Hawks have defended well so far. Back to who you should start, keep the Cowboys D as a starter. And if I had to pick a hawk to start, I would think Zach Charbonnet has the best bet to be better than not. If you need a sub on this last mega bye week, roll the dice with him.
