Reaction to Week 11: Did you end up single, all by yourself this week? Sitting there all alone? Let’s see if I did. First off, at QB, I said to sit Kirk Cousins and Patrick Mahomes. In his game, Cousins ended up with 173 yards passing and a pick. I was right to sit him. Mahomes got 196 yards passing, 3 TDs, and 2 picks. Collectively, about as projected so a push here. For RB, I said to sit Najee Harris and Chase Brown. Harris ended up with 63 yards rushing, 30 yards receiving, and nothing else. Right at projections so a push here too. Brown ended up with 86 yards rushing, 57 yards receiving, and nothing else. I was wrong to sit him. For the wide outs, I said to sit Packers WRs and Brian Thomas, Jr. One Packer WR ended up with 150 yards receiving, one got a TD pass with 23 yards receiving, a 3rd got 17 yards receiving, and the 4th had 0 yards. So, collectively, a push here. Thomas did have 82 yards receiving but nothing else, which is right around as projected so another push. For the tight ends, I said to sit Evan Engram and Jake Ferguson. Engram had 28 yards receiving and nothing else so I was right to sit him. Ferguson got hurt and ended up only getting 11 yards and a tackle before leaving the game. So, I was right to sit him too. For the team defenses, I said to sit the Steelers and the Bears. The Steelers got the W, held the Ravens to 16 points, along with 2 sacks, 2 fumble recoveries, and a pick. I was wrong to sit them. The Bears lost, gave up only 20 points, along with 1 sack, and 1 pick. Let’s call this one a push. Lots of pushes this week. Let’s see if I can get some pulls in week 12 as we hit Mega Bye Week #1.

QB:

Matt Stafford: Philly has turned out to be a stellar pass D team this year. Wouldn’t trust him in this game.

Sam Darnold: Tough match up against a Bears passing D that has more INTs than passing TDs allowed. Hope you have another option.

RB:

Chuba Hubbard: He has been surprisingly solid this year, but not a good matchup this week against the #1 rush D in KC.

Jonathan Taylor: He also has a tough matchup with a top 5 rush D in Detroit. Plus, Indy might need to pass more in order to keep up with Detroit’s offense.

WR:

Cooper Kupp: He will be going up against a Philly D that is giving up the 2nd least amount of passing yards per game. I say Puca will still get his, but Kupp will not.

Tank Dell: Back to 2nd fiddle with Collins back, and this week he has a tough matchup against a solid pass D in Tennessee.

TE:

Cade Otton: As bad as the Giants are, they have been top 3 in the league against the position. Hope you have other options,

Mark Andrews: Likely looked better than him last week, and this week he will be going up against a Chargers D that has been solid against the position of recent. Not a match up you want.

D:

Bears: Good D, but their offense will not be able to keep up with what Minnesota can, and will be able to do against this D.

49ers: Their D is not bad, but their O is lackluster these days. I do not see the 9ers offense being able to keep up with the Pack, who are solid on both sides of the ball.
