Reaction to Week 10: Sitcks and stones came at us this past week. Were you a perfect 10 in your starters? Let’s see how I did. First off, at QB, I said to start Daniel Jones and Jayden Daniels. Jones ended up with 190 yards passing, 26 yards rushing, 1 TD, and 2 picks. I was wrong to start him. Daniels ended up with 202 yards passing, 5 yards rushing, and nothing else. I was wrong to start him too. At RB, I said to start Tyrone Tracy, Jr. and Rico Dowdle. Tracey ended up with 103 yards rushing, a TD, and a fumble. I was right to start him. Dowdle ended up with 53 yards rushing and nothing else. I was wrong to start him. At wide out, I said to start Deebo Samuel and Khalil Shakir. Samuel got 14 yards rushing, 62 yards receiving, and nothing else. I was wrong to start him. Shakir got 14 yards rushing, 58 yards receiving, and nothing else, so I was wrong to start him too. For the tight ends, I said to start Dalton Kincaid and T. J. Hockenson. Kincaid ended up with 24 yards receiving and nothing else so I was wrong to start him. Hockensen was able to get 72 yards receiving and nothing else. For this position, we will call this one a push. For the team defenses, I said to start the Giants and the 49ers. The Giants lost, gave up 20 points, along with 1 sack and a fumble recovery. I was wrong to start them. The 49ers won, gave up 20 points as well, along with 2 sacks. I was right to start them. Ended on a good note. Let’s get into week 11.

QB:

Brock Purdy: He is either about 8 points below or above his projections in my league every single week, never on par. One of his highest outputs so far was his first time out against Seattle. Above projections this week.

Justin Herbert: He is going up against a vulnerable Cincy passing D. I say he continues his above average stat output again this week.

RB:

Kareem Hunt: Buffalo has been much better against the pass so far. Expect a lot from Hunt in this game, touches and opportunities.

Rico Dowdle: As long as Dallas does not get down a lot early, he should have plenty of touches against a Texans team that is below average in yards per carry. Volume will be your friend here.

WR:

Deebo Samuel: He hasn’t been the man so far, but his best game, to this point, was against Seattle the last time they played. And he plays them again this week too.

Calvin Ridley: Ride the hot hand sans-Hopkins as he goes up against a very  beatable Vikings pass D.

TE:

Will Dissly: Need a sub this weekend? Consider Dissly who is getting the looks of recent, and he has a matchup against a bottom 3 team in Cincy against the position.

Dawson Knox: With no Dalton Kincaid and a match up with the Chiefs, the team who has given up the most passing yards to tight ends so far, the signs are there for him to produce.

D:

Browns: A solid D that has to deal with a crappy offense. Well, this week they have a vulnerable Saints team, Winston’s old squad. The signs are there for a road victory.

Texans: Defense is not bad here, but what makes them a play is the fact they are going up against a Dallas team with a poor backup QB. Houston will win this Monday night battle for the state of Texas, thereby making them the, uh, Texans.
