Reaction to Week 9: We are officially halfway done with our Thursday edition of fantasy football for the year. Let’s see how I did in this hump game. I initially stated to sit Aaron Rodgers. Well, he had only 211 yards passing, but he got 3 TDs, thereby making me wrong to sit him. I then noted to feel more comfortable starting Breece Hall. He ended up with only 74 yards rushing, 11 yards receiving, and nothing else. I was wrong about him too. Finally, I said to start Dalton Schultz since the Jets had been susceptible against the position so far this year. Well, they put it together in this game, for Schultz ended up with only 21 yards receiving and nothing else. 0 for 3. A perfectly imperfect score to end the first half of the season. Can’t do much worse in week 10 to start the second half. Or maybe I can? Let’s see.
Week 10 brings us to Ballmore where the Ravens host the Bengals. Let’s start off here with the tight ends. Neither team has been terribly good against this position, so we should feel confident to play both Mark Andrews and Mike Gesicki. Next, while Chase Brown had a good game last week, he will be going up a rather stout rush D in Baltimore here. I say, sit him for this game; not a good matchup. This game should be a good, close game, so I also say both kickers, Evan McPherson and Justin Tucker, should have plenty of chances to put some points on the board. Feel free to play them both. Alright, that’s it. Let the second half begin.
