Another year. Another dolla . . . Well, another year.
It is year 2 for the rooster. Hopefully, for our returners, we helped you out last year, and we look forward to more of the same this year. If we were not helpful last year, well, then, that was last year and this a whole new year. And, we are glad you put that to the side and came back to give us another shot to help you out. For you guys/gals that are new to our site, sit back and enjoy the ride.
Most of you have already had your draft. If you have not, then click on the menu box and go to our section entitled draft central. Here, either as a refresher or a first time read, I offered some advice last year regarding some basic info to hopefully help you get started in the right league that will maximize your fun. Because fun is supposed to be what this is all about, right? In Fantasy Football Basics 101, I offered some thoughts on types of leagues. In Fantasy Football Basics 102, I offered some thoughts on draft types. And in Fantasy Football Basics 103, I offered some thoughts on going with your gut. Take a read and hopefully they will help you out too.
After you have read those articles, and done your draft, it is rooster time. Like last year, we will do weekly positional rankings, QB, WR, RB, TE, K, D, and IDP. Like last year, my boy Winsto will enlighten, dismay, bewilder, and flabbergast you with his Weekend Wonderings. Then there is Lamar. Well, like last year, he will tell you where there will be gold each week – the good kind and the kind only fool’s rush in for. In addition to this, Lamar said he will be, “drinking beer and kicking your (my) @#$! in fantasy football this year.” So, there is that too. And for me, well, i will be back doing a weekly start and sit article but slightly changed. This year, on either Tuesday or Wednesday each week, i will offer some insights on some of the Thursday night guys, if you should start or sit some of them. Then, either on Friday or Saturday each week, i will do a start and sit article for the remaining games. More information may be sprinkled in throughout the year by us as well.
So, let’s get started. Go ahead and take a look at Winsto’s frontiers, QB and RB are already out, as well as Lamar’s 2023 fantasy zombie. Keep checking for more before the season kicks off, then come back each week to be entertained and illuminated. Cock a doodle doo.
